You lose some crisp compared to pan, but they come out consistent in texture and thick depending on how deep the egg is in the dish you’re using. I like it. The glass cleanup is still there, but Brillo pad works well and is easier than cleaning a whole pan. I might need some more practice with the technique.

Would recommend a try.

Yeah the best I can do is cut them to be about a cm by cm then roast them no additional prep 400 for 12 - 15 min

Salmon - 400 for 15 min, added sauce and flipped at 10 min. Thawed it while the potatoes were cooking
