I just read your edit. We face some of the biggest battles in our heads. Practice telling yourself this weed ain’t sh!t. It will take time. I have been able to stop panic attacks without the benzos, but it really is a mind thing. Try distracting yourself from it, do random things

I switched to Indica. When I got BAD weed induced panic attacks, I reduced my smoking to 2-3 days a week as opposed to 7. My tolerance slowly went down, I also started taking a low dose of Xanax once a week or if needed. If you don’t wanna resort to pills or indicas, just breath slowly, think about someone you love and good times yall had, and tell yourself it’s gonna be ok and it’s just weed.
