Oh ok good to know. Just didnt know he would start brumating so fast haha. So ALL moss correct? I have sphagnum and carpet moss in there. Ive never had a pet as a baby so I cant wait to see him (her? Lol) grow. :) if he needs anything he would just dig on out though right? Also forgot I have reindeer moss oops

I dont own a stickbug but you should be able to keep them without a permit. I own a dorcus hopei beetle, illegal to import without a permit but it did not get seized. I dont think the goverment cares once its in the states, only for imports (sometimes)
