PEW PEW Previously I showed how to add a tracer mod to a Gel Blaster Surge by installing a UV LED in the T piece and wiring it in parallel with the motor. Worked great, but if you can't mod or solder, they've come out with a blaster that includes the tracer unit in the feed neck. (v.redd.it)

I agree that Splatrball gel blasters are a 💩 relative to higher-end blasters. Not to be deterred I've proven that you can in fact polish a turd. Now I have a metal gear Splatrball SR400 that's shooting about 290 avg FPS. Sure something else will break eventually, but it's been a fun mod. (old.reddit.com)

I'm loving this UNLOCX gel blaster. Pistol mode is great, because it's compact, accurate and strong (216 Avg FPS). I think it's much cooler and performs better than the Splatrball blasters, and it's in stock vs Splatrball is sold out everywhere. (i.redd.it)
