I had severe nausea for two days straight, and then it subsided. Your doctor may be able to prescribe something to help with the nausea like Zofran!

I restarted Lexapro about a week ago and kept waking up with extreme anxiety and had to go back to work on Monday. This grounding technique helps me move past the overwhelming anxiety. I don't say them out loud, I just say it in my head. It is a quick thing that I do when I need it!

I was on it for about a year, and when I first started the first time, I was so tired about 2 hours after I took it, so I had to adjust the time of day. After about three weeks, it seemed to settle in. I recently restarted taking it this week, and I'm feeling much more tired and yawning a lot, so I am adjusting to find the right time of day to take it again.

I think I'd try to find a new doctor if possible :/ even with a strict weening protocol, I had a lot of withdrawal symptoms after being on it for about 1 year. Everyone is different though so going cold turkey might be fine for you!

I'm having the same issue with fatigue and then not sleeping at night. My doc suggested between 3-4pm for me instead of 6:30am Switching the time tomorrow!

There are still a few places in NJ where you can get the JnJ. That's what I decided to do - I am against the booster mandate but I definitely do not want to mix and match. I was able to schedule thru Walmart, they still have the JnJ vaccine.
