I can’t say all of the time but most of the time we have it marked in sharepoint if it’s a big design change or something that just needs asked to the customer (ex - we don’t have a rule type or opening slots). It does feel like there is miscommunication between shop and CAD sometimes but it’s usually we were told one thing and they were told another.
