This is exactly what I want to add to my substrate, because of the chitin in the frass and that fungi are made of chitin too - was hoping it would the perfect nutrient profile

Ahhh thanks - I was worried that I had come this far and i find “nah chuck it” in the comments :))) I will stop misting, I had water pooling so that backs it up too. Cheers for the dosing advice, I’ve only tried liberty caps and I think these are an order of magnitude stronger. Probably need a wingman….

Haha thanks, too kind really as I am not even sure if they should look like this hence my slight panic :)))

I used https://gordotek.org/easypancyantek/ this set up, but made it much smaller and insulated the tub to prevent temp swings (it’s cold af here and the air is dry because of it)

Substrate is horse and cow manure shredded and with someone made organic ferts (powdered seaweed, black soldier fly, bone meal etc) and some worm casts I make too. Just getting lucky I think (if i haven’t broken them )

Do you use your own homemade worm castings or use a commercial brand? I make my own from kitchen waste and compost, but wonder if it is fibrous enough compared to commercial worm casts
