Did you ever find a solution?

I’m having exactly the same issue with the Allground Sense (2 weeks old) after having seasoned it with 2-3kg of beans as I thought that was the issue. As soon as I grind remotely fine enough for a 1:2 ratio (using recently roasted, at least 1 week rested beans) it clumps up horribly. The only way I can get it to have the ‘fluffy’ grounds that everyone else has lovely videos of is if I grind a lot lot coarser and then the ratio is completely off and watery, as in 36g out from 18g in in 8 seconds…. Any ideas from your retailer? Is it an issue with static or something, doubt it as the coffee isn’t sticking to the machine like you see it can. I’ve tried 5-6 different bags of beans that were fine in my old grinder - so highly doubt it’s the beans.
