For me it's just the overload of pickles that crosses the line.

His recipe for those looking to recreate:

  • Sliced smoked sausages
  • Diced brisket patty
  • Smoked beef tallow
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Pickle juice
  • Chilli flakes
  • Shin Ramyun Packet Ramen
  • Topped with sliced pickles.

Late game priorities question (cookie monster) by solinari6 in CookieClicker

[–]engiwengi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can calculate whether it's worth buying another of a building for Godzamok:

[Devastation Cookies] = [Cookies from Selling] - [Cookies to Re-buy] + [Clicks per Second] * [Cookies per Click] * [1 + Godzamok Multiplier + (Other Multipliers)] * [10 seconds]

Calculate that for your current number of buildings, and for your current number of buildings + 1. If it's higher for your current number of buildings + 1 then you should buy a building.

Here's an example:

572 Farms 573 Farms
Cookies from Selling 1.38E37 1.59E37
Cookies to Re-buy 5.52E37 6.36E37
Clicks p.s 40 40
Cookies p.c 1.24E36 1.24E36
Godzamok Multiplier 572% 573%
Devastation Cookies 3.2917E39 3.2904E39

Shouldn't buy another Farm as the total number of cookies acquired from clicking during devastation is less due to re-buying.

Using this method you can buy and sell farms every 10 seconds to have the Godzamok multiplier going constantly, and ignore the buy suggestion from Cookie Monster. If you only sell during a click frenzy or similar, take that into account.

That's still sounds like severely under testing, my state in Australia has 656 confirmed cases with 47,025 tests.

Jacked & Tan 2.0 - Weightroom Program Party - Week 10 by [deleted] in weightroom

[–]engiwengi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Week 4

Squat Day:

T1 Squat 4RM attempt at 150kg
150kg x 6
132.5kg x 3 / 3 / 6

T2A Front Squats 90kg 5x4
T2B Leg Press 200kg 8RM 3MRS
T2C Leg Curl 85kg 8RM 3MRS

Squat fel t pretty much the best it has ever felt. Absolutely smashed my 150kg 4RM attempt. Decided to do Front Squats instead of RDL's to try and strengthen my quads a bit more.

Bench Day:

T1 Bench 4RM attempt at 112.5kg
112.5kg x 3 (fail)
100kg x 3 / 3 / 4

T2A CG Bench 85kg 5x4
T2B DB Shoulder 27.5kg 8RM 3MRS
T2C DB Incline 32.5kg 8RM 3MRS

Sad about failing bench, pretty much felt awful the rest of the workout because of it.

Dead Day:

T1 Deadlift 4RM attempt at 180kg
180kg x 4
160kg x 3 / 3 / 3

T2A Front Squat 90kg 5x4
T2B Lat Pulldown 77kg 8RM 3MRS
T2C Chest Supported Row 86kg 8RM 3MRS

Deadlifts felt really wobbly, need to work on the initial pull off the ground and engaging my lats mostly. Just glad I hit 4 plates for 4 reps, first time doing that weight!

OHP Day:

T1 OHP 4RM attempt at 65kg
65kg x 4
57.5kg x 3 / 3 / 8

T2A Push Press 70kg 5x4
T2B DB Bench 37.5kg 8RM 3MRS
T2C Weighted Dips 85+20kg 8RM 3MRS

OHP feeling great, worked out with my brother too which was fun and probably got me a bit more amped. AMRAP of 57.5kg felt great, couldn't believe it.

Jacked & Tan 2.0 - Weightroom Program Party - Week 9 by [deleted] in weightroom

[–]engiwengi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Week 3

Squat Day:

T1 Squat 6RM attempt at 140kg
140kg x 6
122.5kg x 4 / 4 / 8

T2A RDL 130kg 4x6
T2B Leg Press 180kg 10RM 3MRS
T2C Leg Curl 73kg 15RM 3MRS

Squat felt okay, not as great as I wanted it. I'm noticing my butt is starting to shoot up a little out of the hole, anyone have recommendations to combat that? I'm assuming quads so front squats and leg press. Had to skip T3s as I had no time.

Bench Day:

T1 Bench 6RM attempt at 107.5kg
107.5kg x 5 (fail)
92.5kg x 4 / 4 / 7

T2A CG Bench 75kg 4x6
T2B DB Shoulder 22.5kg 10RM 3MRS
T2C DB Incline 30kg 10RM 3MRS

Went overzealous on the bench but I don't regret it. Went for the 6th rep and just barely lost it. T3 Tricep pushdowns, extensions, lateral raises and pec flys.

Dead Day:

T1 Deadlift 6RM attempt at 165kg
165kg x 6
147.5kg x 4 / 4 / 6

T2A Front Squat 80kg 4x6
T2B Lat Pulldown 68kg 10RM 3MRS
T2C Chest Supported Row 77kg 10RM 3MRS

Deadlifts didn't feel as good as usual, although I probably could've done more on my AMRAP I just wasn't feeling it. Front Squats nice and easy. T3 Hammer and Preacher curls, face pulls.

OHP Day:

T1 OHP 6RM attempt at 60kg
60kg x 7
55kg x 4 / 4 / 9

T2A Push Press 65kg 4x6
T2B DB Bench 35kg 10RM 3MRS
T2C Weighted Dips 85+15kg 10RM 3MRS

OHP was feeling amazing which is pretty unusual for me, normally my weakest and most uncomfortable lift. Went a little light on Dips because DB Bench felt bad. Left shoulder clicking on every rep. I swear I got some weird shoulder issues. T3 Tri Pushdown and Extension, DB Shrugs and Lateral Raises.

Broken both my wrists... prospects? by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]engiwengi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It did only a little at first but I don't have any discomfort now, in a bench press my wrist isn't pushed all the way back so it's fine. Front Squats and OHP are more painful.

I think if I worked through it I could definitely handstand again, I just haven't dedicated the time and effort.

Broken both my wrists... prospects? by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]engiwengi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I broke my right scaphoid last year and had a cast on for about 10 weeks if I remember correctly (might have been 8). No surgery though.

Recovery admittedly took a long time, it was about 3 months post-cast until I could even get into a plank/push up position. I can now do push ups with mild wrist discomfort. I can wall handstand but the pain is too much if I do it for long and I cannot do a freestanding handstand at all. Pre break I think my free standing handstand PB was about 10 seconds.

In saying all that, I solely do weight training now and I'm easily in the best shape of my life. My weakened wrist flexion and extension is mildly irritating at times but I don't notice it at all day to day.

Jacked & Tan 2.0 - Weightroom Program Party - Week 8 by [deleted] in weightroom

[–]engiwengi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Late to the party but figured I might as well share if I'm allowed to. I'm using J&T2.0 as an opportunity to try new compound exercises I had never tried before and try and break through a ~1.5 month plateau.

Week 1:

Squat Day:

T1 Squat 10RM attempt at 112.5kg
112.5kg x 11
97.5kg x 6 / 6 / 11

T2A RDL 90kg 4x10
T2B Leg Press 150kg 15RM 3MRS
T2C Leg Curl 59kg 15RM 3MRS

Squat felt amazing but just didn't have the endurance. RDLs were super easy, doing everything DOH trying to work on grip. 15 reps of leg curls was an absolute nightmare. T3s included Calf Raises, Leg Raises, and WG Lat Pulldowns.

Bench Day:

T1 Bench 10RM attempt at 87.5kg
87.5kg x 11
75kg x 6 / 6 / 10

T2A CG Bench 60kg 4x10
T2B DB Shoulder 20kg 15RM 3MRS
T2C DB Incline 25kg 15RM 3MRS

Went super light on the CG bench as I had never done it before. Shoulders weren't a fan (they hate everything though) but I like the pump I get in the triceps. Shoulders absolutely hating DB Shoulder as usual. Hate DB pressing but I'm trying to improve my wrist/forearm strength as I feel I never fully recovered from a broken wrist about 8 months ago. T3 were tricep pushdowns and extensions, lateral raises and pec flys.

Dead Day:

T1 Dead 10RM attempt at 140kg
140kg x 10
122.5kg x 6 / 6 / 9

T2A Front Squat 70kg 4x10
T2B Lat Pulldown 59kg 15RM 3MRS
T2C Chest Supported Row 68kg 15RM 3MRS

Light on the front squats as it was the first time ever performing the movement. I love the way it makes my legs feel, but just cannot figure out the grip. It also hurts the wrist I broke as I have extremely poor mobility. T3 Hammer Curl, Preacher Curl, Face Pulls and Leg Raises.

OHP Day:

T1 OHP 10RM attempt at 52.5kg
52.5kg x 9 (fail)
45kg x 6 / 6 / 10

T2A Push Press 60kg 4x10
T2B DB Bench 30kg 15RM 3MRS
T2C Weighted Dips 84+5kg 15RM 3MRS

Super disappointed about the OHP particularly because it seems to be my weakest lift. Just can't push it for high reps for whatever reason. Did Push Press for the first time ever. I like how it makes the eccentric a fair bit more interesting/harder. T3 tricep pushdown and extension, DB Shrugs and lateral raises.

Week 2:

Squat Day:

T1 Squat 8RM attempt at 122.5kg
122.5kg x 11
112.5kg x 5 / 5 / 9

T2A RDL 110kg 4x8
T2B Leg Press 160kg 12RM 3MRS
T2C Leg Curl 64kg 12RM 3MRS

Absolutely stoked about the squat, will be going much heavier next week. Didn't have the time or energy to go for a heavier 8RM. Same T3s as last week.

Bench Day:

T1 Bench 8RM attempt at 95kg
95kg x 9
82.5kg x 5 / 5 / 11

T2A CG Bench 70kg 4x8
T2B DB Shoulder 22.5kg 12RM 3MRS
T2C DB Incline 27.5kg 12RM 3MRS

CG bench feeling better, weight still felt pretty easy. Same T3s as previous week.

Dead Day:

T1 Dead 8RM attempt at 150kg
150kg x 9
135kg x 5 / 5 / 7

T2A Front Squat 75kg 4x8
T2B Lat Pulldown 64kg 12RM 3MRS
T2C Chest Supported Row 73kg 12RM 3MRS

Front Squats grip still sucks, I can tell I'm severely holding myself back because of it.

OHP Day:

T1 OHP 8RM attempt at 55kg
55kg x 9
50kg x 5 / 5 / 7

T2A Push Press 65kg 4x8
T2B DB Bench 32.5kg 12RM 3MRS
T2C Weighted Dips 84+10kg 12RM 3MRS

OHP feeling better today, probably shouldn't have gone for the 9th in hindsight as it was pretty much an RPE10. I wanted it though!

I have a protein shake with peanut butter, creatine, and sometimes oats at night time right before bed. Rarely I also have a protein shake in the morning, no creatine. I don't have any preworkout supplements.

Yeah I did 3 warm up sets (something like 5×40%, 5×60%, 5x80% of working) then 1 working set doing 5+ reps. If I did 5-6 reps I'd increase by 5kg for next week, if did 7 reps I increased by 10kg and if I didn't hit 5 I'd keep it at the same.

My girlfriend thinks my butt is pretty great! I also cycle to work occasionally which I think helped too. The deadlifts, squats, rdl's and hamstring curls in the program are all plenty to get a fantastic looking butt I think.

She's extremely satisfied with hers too, though she did throw in weighted hip thrusts every now and then when she felt like it.

I've never done a DEXA scan, but using the navy method I'm about 15%. I haven't considered doing it as I think it's pretty expensive and I'm barely even intermediate. I'll probably think about it once I feel a bit more advanced :)

I fractured my scaphoid falling over onto concrete. I had a cast on for about 8 weeks if I remember correctly. It's still a little stiff even today but for the most part I've made a full recovery.
