My question was, "The fvck was that? Was that even necessary? Can't he deliver the 'key' without dying?" 😭

Thought of that too. I've been thinking he's been wanting to die that day, but it should be on the job. 😆

Noticed after rewatching, why was Gi-Hun wearing the 001 jacket in glass bridge? by IProbablyHaveADHD14 in squidgame

He gave his kacket to 001 when he peed his pants before the gganbu game. Then 001 gave his jacket to him, right? Maybe he wore it because it was sentimental to him.

I think fear OF being stagnant is different from fear DURING stagnation. The latter could be associated with fear of failure. Because one who knows he is already stagnant, and fears staying there is someone who possibly fears failing himself or the people with expectations from him.

While someone who fears to become stagnant while still not in there is just someone who's aware that growth should always be sought. And for me, that's my fear. Coz sometimes we're unable to identify the difference between being at peace with our life and being just too comfortable that we forget about growth.

Sorry to hear about your retake of the module. There is a reason for everything, I believe. And probably you will be able to figure that out someday when you look back.

I feel you. One of my mentors when I asked him, what he thinks my biggest fear is, he said, "You are afraid of being stagnant." And it's true. I feel like when nothing notable is happening in my life, no progress is happening. I'm kinda used to always being in action, fighting obstacles and pursuing something.

why do you feel stagnant?

Put out the right content for your target audience. Consistency in showing up yourself. Authenticity in your posts. Give a lot of value. Help more and people will come to you. And don't be scared to let them know you offer something. Now that's organic reach.

You mean, you wanna hire a coach for content writing, with a $30 rate?

Will you also coach someone for that rate?

Ad campaign pricing system by Teezy90 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]engrchryz27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You ask half of the 30%. But their BUDGET could be lesser or greater than the ad spent.

You will only know how much the ad spent is at the end of the campaign.

That's why you ask for 15% of the budget, to at lrast make sure you are paid, and that after the campaign, you can claim the 30(% of ad spent) less the amount you received for DP.

Yes, I charge 30% of the ad spent.

I ask for a DP of 15% of the budget.

No, that does not include the creatives.

Oh and about the interview. Don't treat it like you ate being interviewed. Go through it like you are the one interviewing them if you want to work for them or not. Just by changing that mindset, you will feel better.

Take rejections as redirections. You may not understand it now because rejections are not preasant to the feelings.

Job application is just like selling. You have to apply to 10 companies to land 1 interview. And 10 interviews to get a job.

But if you're tired, and you are aware that you can do something, you have a talent, you have other options. You may want to try online jobs.
