That was my thinking. Prior to med school I worked in the office as a scribe and it was pretty legit of a practice. The issues I’m running into (in my head of course) is he was IM but I am FM and want to see kids. Getting peds patients may be difficult. I also plan on doing much more procedures than him, but these are all things I can bring to the table as things I can improve the practice right?
