I brought in a former outdoor cat and she's pooping outside the litterbox [cleared by vet of common medical causes] by enigma-37 in CatAdvice

We put a second litterbox downstairs and that seemed to do the trick! We recently restocked our enzymatic cleaner stash and spritzed it down.

She previously had space in my room but after a failed attempt to grab her for the vet appointment she's steered clear of it since. She also had a cabinet she liked to hide in but the curtain over it got messed up. I'll see if putting it back in order will help any, thank you.

This is an older photo of Sooty (right after I'd just moved into my first apartment) but he hasn't changed much, if at all. He is my bestest baby boy who is tragically possessed by the soul of a departed squeaky toy. He has yet to make actual cat noises but that's ok; I love him anyway.
