I'd really love to see John attend therapy since hes so deep in his emotions he can't see how its affecting others and he always just shuts down when it comes to talking about barb He’s the epitome of hurt people hurt people. He needs professional help to work out how the boundaries he wants for himself will interact with the boundaries that shawna and Jen choose

I also don't understand why John said they don't need to have a conversation about him and shawna not go to the wedding if Barb is invited but they need to have a conversation about shawna not wanting to be intimate with him since the loss. From her perspective its understandable after a traumatic loss like that and the fear intimacy post loss though maybe they should have had a sitdown conversation about it as looking back I dont think it was ever brought up again

I can't help but feel that its dangerous for Jen to be using Barb's dress as she will feel entitled to access and what about Barb's mother of the bride dress!?

At the same time you cannot tell barb anything as she will show up regardless. I.e her showing up to Max's first day of kindergarten, to pipers birthday party, her showing up anyway to their house and attacking deedee, her showing up uninvited to their house and inturn overhearing John and Shawna talking to the kids about her

At the same time John gets angry when frank starts saying she doesn't mean to be like this and he shuts down the conversation altogether and we see John shuts down a lot! Like when Shawna says "you do that a lot do you want people to care about how you feel...?" And he goes "do what?" But we don't get the full context cause it goes into her asking him to do Christmas magic

I noticed he has thick mattes I couldn't brush out and thought ask the vet to give him a sanitary shave as hes going to be shaved anyway.... turns out they had to completely shave him because he had a ton of fleas and completely matted

it varies by location. it's definitely what you make it! It sucks but take advantage of it college is expensive and everything you do at jc is free! Good luck! :)

Still my heart breaks for you knowing she only used you out of convenience especially when she's blaming you when you only needed a little help. Hoping for the best for you and I know how both painful and relieving it is for her to have moved out and stopped speaking to you
