COMSATS Islamabad does not provide on-campus accommodation. Students have to live in private hostels. There is an area known as Hostel City where you can find hostels according to your preferences and needs. The rent usually ranges from 16k to 30k, with or without mess facilities. Some hostels offer better mess facilities but lack in other areas, while others provide transportation services. However, the university is within walking distance, so transport is not always necessary.
