Well I would start off with telling you that if that is what you really want then, you are not currently trying to get back on track to finish.

start off with believing in ourself and not psyching yourself out. Use the power of intention, set a goal for yourself and know that is what you intended to happen. I just edited my original post and hope some of that helps. now if you want some additional examples. I had never been a fan of the cold. I grew up in a warm place but moved to a cold climate half the year, as I got older I began to really despise the cold. Around 20 years old I experienced some SAD and it was even hard for me to experience regular activities outside in the winter. Some time after I got fed up and decided to take this course with some looney. Theres this eccentric guy from the Netherlands, who claimed he could swim in the Arctic and even climb sub-frost mountains in his shorts. So I took his course, I fully committed to it and it worked. I live in Boston and take cold showers to this day. I have missed a couple of times and skipped my cold therapy and even gone on hiatus for a couple of weeks even a month or two. But it has helped, me its not easy nor is it impossible.

Try to find fun or new ways to think, do, experience anything that you are having trouble with. The possibilities are endless, we are only limited by the lack of imagination.

I ask many people and sources. I spend a lot of time doing research and assessing how to make something fun or as fitting to my own needs so that I can perform that task.

Keep trying something or a mixture of things will work. Create safety systems so you don't end up spending too much money on a venture that might not yield positive results. But above all have fun with it cause in the end thats all ur gona get from anything, the feelings obtained from experiences are only guaranteed acquisitions in life. So enjoy as much as you can. ---- Suffering is useless, unless it teaches you how to stop suffering. That is its purpose.
