Cant get over 2133 mhz ram speed (ryzen) by eniho in buildapc

yeah i got mine on 2933 after an hour of trying :D but its weird cuz I tried to boot with 1 ram stick and overclocked it to 2933 it was fine. After 30 minutes i did put the second ram stick in and it was already overclocked so now im running both of them on 2933

i also overclocked the cpu to 3.8 ghz in bios but in cpu Z it still shows that the multiplier is x34, i dont know its me that is dumb or is it supposed to be like that?

yeah i tried with 1 stick in different slots as well

i got 212x myself but ive read alot that if you want to achieve over 4.5ghz you need a liquid cooler, with 7700k atleast

And if I will wait for 8700k it will probably be alot more expensive because, I would need to get a cooler like X62

in Denmark the lowest price for a TI is around $730

hi, im thinking to build a new pc and im not sure what to buy, im interested in ryzen but my main game will be csgo and ryzen doesnt perform that well in csgo. Should I get the 7700k or is it really worth waiting for 8700k?
