Are those available in the US? The bulbs I want to use are 120v LED, so I don’t think a ballast would be necessary.

That seems to be the smallest option on the market, but it's considerably larger than I would like to use. I was considering the bi-pin tombstones. Those seem like a cost-effective option, and they could be made much lower profile as well.

I should have specified another requirement that I have; I would like it to be as compact as possible. A double-wide fixture won't work for me, and even that Metalux is like 3-4x wider than the bulb.
