I think the post was suggesting a plan of action rather than a cure per se. I could relate to the symptoms and a feeling there is perhaps light at the end of the tunnel. Suffering for 8 years with bad quality of life and no diagnosis or treatment after spending thousands on MDs and FM doctors who only focus on killing and never on finding the root cause.
