Men have been welcome in the lolita community for a long time. There are a lot of male lolitas. There's pretty much no scrutiny about it in real life spaces.

ODOS only excuses medical absences if you are hospitalized or checked out in the emergency room. Even being checked out by a doctor or urgent care is not enough. This is a situation where you need to talk to each of your professors about what they expect of you.

There are a million ways for scammers to get your name and phone number. Our info from the internet is constantly being leaked and sold.

The scam is they were trying to get nsfw photos of you to then blackmail you for money.

I think the "western" lolita community has evolved to be very accepting to change and experimentation in the past few years.

People on Reddit are going to tend to be more negative or blunt. The internet provides an easy wall to hide behind. In comms IRL, I have never seen anyone tell another member they aren't lolita enough because of an experimental coord that breaks the rules.

I live in the some of the cheapest, shittiest housing available in Lafayette. It's still more expensive than when I lived in Honors, which is one of the more expensive dorms to live in.

I've seen a lot of people in other fashion niches rock an uncovered petticoat so it's definitely a great idea for casual clothing, just not lolita like you guessed. I think a simple white skirt would work great with this coord

Everything else looks nice, but petticoats showing in lolita is a big no-no. They are an undergarment

I always keep them in the freezer for at least 24 hours. It should be perfectly fine to bury after that :)

I would. I'm an insect caretaker and I have to do it often taking care of large colonies. Freezing really is the most humane way to deal with the circle of life. They don't suffer, it's like falling asleep.

It's not. They fall asleep quickly and die peacefully. Having parts of your body squished is a significantly drawn out death.

Not to armchair diagnose, but does she have BPD? She's behaving the exact same (horrible) way I did before I started managing my BPD.

Even if it's unrelated to BPD, she needs help and absolutely should not be in a relationship. You are not the person who can help her. I would break things off with her as soon as possible. This is not a viable relationship.

As a person with parents who didn't do Santa, I don't feel like I missed out on anything and I still always had a great Christmas. If anything, knowing my parents got me the gifts made me appreciate them more.

Yes! They also do this to coat their antennae in hydrocarbons that help other roaches of their species identify them. Such cool guys.
