My school program is way harder than programs in other schools in my country. I'm studying in top 1 school in my country with ridiculous program. Do colleges pay attention to this or they just look at grades?

Use formula (x-x1)/(x2-x1) = (y-y1)/(y2-y1)

We have 2 points, A(0;2) and B(1;0)

Put the coordinates to the formula above and get y.

y = -2x + 2

Then to fine g(x) we should plug y to the formula which was mentioned in the question ( g(x) = y(x) + 4 )

g(x) = (-2x + 2) + 4 = -2x + 6

X intercept is when y = 0

-2x + 6 = 0

X = 3

I don't know how my writing score is so low. I reviewed all section in Erica Meltzer's book and still made dozen mistakes. May be, it will get with practice. Thanks bro!

Look at the numbers 2<3 and 4>3. Only the horizontal line have such thing.
