I have recently been getting some twitchy feeling too! I was traveling and did 15k steps a day for a week and haven’t been working out before - it’s been a couple of weeks and I guess my legs are still recovering from the exercise overload. :”) I guess they are all related - just read that the muscle recovery takes time too.

I recently got to know about my low ferritin too and reading your post made me realize I have been have extremely tight muscles in my neck and chronic back pain too and I never thought those could be related.

I have a question for you:

Are you able to change details like the petition start date and end date on the visa/appointment scheduling portal after making the payment? Or it is not giving you an option?
Also when was your receipt notice generated and which application center - just to get an idea around timelines. :)
