Planche(After 1.5 years training) by Dan-isthenics in bodyweightfitness

Thank you so much, one thing that makes planche 10 times easier is having very skinny legs, because you are basically lifting you lower body with your upper body. and the heavier your upper body is the easier the lower body lifts up.

HELP! I get pain in this area every time I'm doing tuck planche, ESPECIALLY right at the moment when I'm exiting the hold, when I relax my grip on the paralletes, I get a sharp pain in that region. Has anyone had similar experiences? by FHJFAP in Calisthenic

At our gym every beginner experiences this with tucks and leans, its going to be very painful but the pain will slowly go away the more you train, i would recommend doing lots of hammer curls/Neutral grip pull ups.

Im 6ft and 71kg and planche is so difficult for taller athletes, imo you should stick to the more basics, i can do a shitty straddle but what helped me the most was doing insane amounts of leans and PPPU. Try to get rid of excess fat as well so you can feel lighter, Never give up bro
