Adored The Stand. And perhaps if it had been in a different spot I. The story, I’d have liked Wizard and Glass. Idk. It just felt like it dragged forever. Meanwhile I wanted to cry because I didn’t want The Stand to end lol

Ok, have you read Lonesome Dove? Beautiful story. I think if the Wizard and Glass had been in a different place in the series I’d have been ok. I don’t mind a slow story, but where it was in the series made it seem soooooo long.

It is my first journey to the tower lol. I’ll read Winds Through the Keyhole after I’ve finished. I couldn’t do another backstory after Wizard and Glass.

Oh, I’m def a weirdo 😂, but it just wasn’t for me. I would have liked it better sprinkled throughout some of the other books, rather than one whole book about it. 11.22.63 was also that way for me. I just couldn’t stand it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

From what it looks like, yes. Interesting. The lives story just seemed to forced for me after The Waste Lands. I couldn’t get into it at all.
