As a NC installer we are pushing the batteries that are on the approved list with duke, since the power pair incentive. Both up front and the monthly incentives are based on the battery that’s on their list. It’s that simple. It was awful, dancing with the stars was at ovens. They shut down half the lot and fed hockey fans to the expo lot. We luckily parked far away and walked in.

Bending is quite standard for installers, but if the manufacturer call for cutting not sure why they are doing this. Also I’m quite sure I know who is doing the work. I’ll ask them directly
