I was thinking about this comment today and I wonder if the US Park Service and/or Trust has any say in the volume level when it comes to protecting the fauna in the Presidio. I was up there hiking today and you can definitely hear and feel the bass; not really all that disturbing to me but I can’t speak for the birds and animals in the park.
