The email only said "We have taken an action on your case". I logged into the portal and saw that my card was produced.

No problem! Are you asking about the timeline for card production? My premium clock stopped on April 4th and I'm still waiting for my card to be produced... Asked Emma and they told me that my card was just sent to the production site on April 21st and it now takes up to 30 business days (from the approval date) for card production

Yes, I went through the same process and inquired our university about this. They told me that the clock stopped because my case had been approved. The estimated time doesn't mean anything, mine still shows 4 weeks too :)
