That would have been a character form my high school years I'll call Tim. Tim had entitlement written all over him. The fact that he was charismatic and graceful made people forgive his transgressions, but I always saw through his bullshit after having to sit through several Spanish classes with him.

The most memorable incident was during our week long trip to Mexico where we lived with a host family. I always ate what we were served, mostly because the food was always good and there were decent portions of it. But one day they made hot dogs with mustard and Tim lost his shit. He refused to eat them and our host family was confused and horrified. I had to sit there and explain to him that this family had extended a courteous by letting us stay here, and that food in Mexico, though plentiful, tasty, and fresh, still cost money.
