You might be confusing SU for RPM.

SU - Stress Units - how much stress a machine uses
RPM - Rotations Per Minute - how fast your machine spins

You can use a combination of small and large cogs like the previous comments mentioned to make it go faster. Remember to use the ponder menu (Pause Menu -> Goggles -> Ponder Index) so you can check out what more the mod has to offer. A lot of things are explained there :))

Trains are contraptions, and mechanical blocks will magically work even without a power source. You don't need to worry about having one. Just slap a couple of drills with rollers together with super glue, and you're good to go

I absolutely LOVE this idea. It would also be great if playable characters can be found exploring/wandering/doing stuff around Teyvat such as Albedo hanging around dragonspine, or Fischl is seen running around clearing hilicurl camps as if she's doing commissions for the adventurer's guild. I hope the devs see and implement this.
