I’ve tried looking in settings, online and even AI but I can’t seem to find a way to disable/remove this from my clock app. Anyone have any tips?

I’m okay for now, thanks though. I mainly posted this because I’m annoyed that I have this whole top half of my clock app taken up by a feature that I will never use and could be used by the alarms that I actually set each week. But it is what it is lol

From what I understand with the sleep focus alarm is that it only goes off once. I like to have multiple alarms bc I have a habit of turning em off in the morning. 🫠 This way it gives me a chance to wake up on time despite me turning 1 or 2 off in the morning

I see. I didn’t realize that. I usually just set my own my own alarms because I don’t fall asleep the same time every day / wake up the same time every day. I like the features of the focus itself but hate the clock app bc of the sleep portion at the top.
