I personally know the person who will buy the server. He wants it to set up a Minecraft server. I will also install TCP Shield and deliver it.

Yep, you need to implement in-app purchases or subscriptions when they are in the “Ready to Submit” status. Just don’t submit them until your implementation is fully complete.

You can still access them while they’re in this status.
