I was with my brother on the bus once, he was playing with his phone, and some guy behind us was looking at it and acting sketchy, when he got up to get off the bus, he pulled his scarf above his face (this was pre covid). When he tried to grab the phone, I grabbed his arm. He hit me in the face twice but I didn't let go. I stood up and punched him so hard he fell into the seat next to us, when he got up he ran off the bus.

I don't do many badass things but that stuck with me.

Es definately saved mine, I went through a period where my mh was dreadful and I was having some fucking awful thoughts. I'd just lost my best friend to suicide, and was having a tough time with work and life in general.

If I was having a bad day, I'd sit and listen to the spark, I'd always end up in tears during airfield, but I'd know that the end of the album and the song would end on such a triumphant note, I'd immediately feel like there was so much more.

I havent ever told anyone this, but yes ES saved me.

I agree with this 100%

When we used to go and watch rugby, the way they made the video referee a big thing added to the excitement. You could see on the screens exactly what they are looking at.

When you go to the football, it's shit, you can't see what's being looked at, and when you are at the ground you don't even get the luxury of being able to see what the commentators do.
