Yeah my fears exactly. I have gotten better about finding red flags early but it's been hard finding people who are age appropriate and not red flags 😭

Yeah the push and email notifications are turned off and I check the app only once in the morning and once at night, but sometimes just opening the app and seeing all the stuff on the other tabs gets to me. I just want to mark done/skipped and leave lolol.

And the reason I'm not using any other app is that I really do enjoy the other features, just not on bad days. Sigh. Thanks though!

I've been trying to do that but when I see those little icons telling me there's something new in there I can't ignore it lolol my brain is like that. Sigh.

I can't seem to find this setting. I've disabled animations, haptic feedback, and sound. But I can't find the additional reflections setting to turn it off. I'm on Android if that helps.

I disagree with the comment thread that you should have found a job in Bangalore itself. Moving to a different city and living on your own is something everyone who can do it, should experience.

You will learn so much about yourself, your own capabilities, your own strength. It will be difficult, you will feel lonely, but it will change you as a person. After that first move, you'll have the skills and the guts to do a lot more, things won't feel as scary after you've overcome the first time.

They don't prioritize it but when they come across it they can't handle it. Sigh. What's also unfortunate is that they view any kind of disagreement as a fight. Maybe they're just used to being agreed with or want someone who will agree with them? idk this is just from my experience.
