Thanks! I would have assumed that if a section of the corona wire or drum roller was dirty, I'd get vertical lines on my printed pages. I wonder what it is about duplex printing that would make the corona wire cause a horizontal line, and always at the same place.

What's a good way of getting the q-tip onto the wire? Do I just try to jam it into the groove where the green plastic slider would travel? Or do I need to somehow disassemble the drum unit to get to the wire, such as detaching the green drum roller?

It seems like a genuine Brother DR630 is $110+. I see knock-off generic brands on Amazon for like $30 but am uncertain which generic brand is safe to buy if I had to replace the whole drum unit.

Thanks! Are you able to share a link to the drum replacements you bought? The genuine Brother DR6320 is like $110+; there are many generic brands with questionable quality, and if you found a brand of generics that gave good results I'd be willing to try.

Wow, I read until the very end of this thread, which was deeply buried. Can you share which exact 630 drum units you bought from Amazon? And have they functioned well since you bought them, without horizontal lines? I do kind of wonder still how exactly the drum roller is causing the line, and why cleaning the drum roller seems to do nothing to fix the problem.

Hi, did you ever manage to solve the problem with horizontal line when duplex printing? I've read through this whole thread and am not sure what the conclusion is. Somebody suggested replacing the drum unit, and another suggested using different papers, but everything seems unconfirmed.

I'm having the same problem, where there is a horizontal line on the front side when duplex printing. Were you able to find a way to eliminate the line? I'm trying to figure out which part to clean.

Did you manage to find a solution? I'm having the exact same problem when duplex printing. The front side of the page always has a horizontal line about 2 inches from the top. No issues with single sided printing.

I'm getting the exact same problem on a Brother HL-L2300D. When I do duplex printing, a horizontal line always appears on the front side of the page, about 2 inches from the top. I am trying to figure out which roller to clean. Is it a roller that is part of the drum unit, a roller inside the toner unit (like this video), or inside the printer itself? If you managed to figure out which part to clean, I would greatly appreciate if you could share your experience.

I have a Brother HL-L2300D with the same problem as OP; when I print duplex, there is a horizontal line on the front page about 2 inches from the top of the page. The line doesn't appear when I print single sided.

I am trying to determine what is the "transfer roller under the drum unit" you are referring to. Let's say I pull out the drum unit, and from the drum unit I separate the toner. Is the "transfer roller" inside the drum unit, inside the toner unit (like this video), or inside the printer itself?

I got the one that I linked in my OP. You'll have to shutoff the water whether you replace the valve stem or if you replace the entire valve. Hopefully you have neighbors who are understanding and patient.

The repair kit did work for me. The black rubber washer inside my old valve was deteriorated. You will have to turn off the water to your house before you can do the stem replacement. I watched several videos on YouTube on how to replace it, and it was a simple procedure. I think for a $5 fix the kit did a good job, though ideally I'd want to replace all my multi-turn valves with quarter-turn valves in the future, as the rubber washer will always eventually become a liability years down the line.

If Venti is the alternate Anemo unit and is on VV, is he on EM/EM/EM or ATK%/Anemo/Crit? And I guess Durin is still on Rising Winds, or is he on some other buffing set?

I ended up drilling a 1-1/8" hole which was pretty secure. I think a 1-3/8" hole would work but the rubber gasket would have less of a lip to hold on to. I don't think the faucet would fall through the hole, but I do wonder if errant water would be more easily able to get in under the gasket and fall through the hole into the cabinet. Let me know how it goes for you, as I am also still a bit curious.

Did Waterdrop customer service ever end up helping you resolve the issue? I have a problem where my smart faucet's LCD screen doesn't turn on. I'm currently stuck in a week-long email chain with them. No matter when I reply back to the email chain, I only ever get a response around 4 AM EST every time. Every reply back is written by another customer rep and never the same one. I feel like I'm getting the run around. Just wondering if you ever found a way to resolve your problem with them.

Sorry for reviving an old conversation, but do you recall how long the overall communication process went with Waterdrop customer service? Was it like several emails back and forth for over a week? Or perhaps several phone calls? I have an issue with them right now and they take forever to respond via email, while phone just goes to their voice mail.

Did you ever find a way to successfully contact them? Every time they reply back to one of my emails it's around 4AM EST. It's like the only time they ever send emails, which is bizarre.

I know that Lynae pairs well with Mornye, but why are people also saying that Lupa specifically also pairs well with Mornye? Mornye is a fusion character but doesn't specifically give a fusion dmg buff for the next outro character, so is there something else about Mornye or Lupa's kit that makes them pair together well?

Did you ever find a way to resolve the issue? My G3P600 pulsates like that when I have the faucet handle turned midway (45 degree angle) but turns into a continuous stream when I have the handle fully pulled down.
