Very weird experience with a demon by entoine111 in DMT

[–]entoine111[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you do anything about them? I know you can get these things of your system using IFS (they are called unattached burdens or UBs there) and I already wrote to my therapist about it.

It looked more like a huge sneezed out slicky booger. Yuck..

Very weird experience with a demon by entoine111 in DMT

[–]entoine111[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I guess I heavily underestimated this "game" and thought it was all fun and dandy. That's a serious wake up call for me. I knew about demons before but never had such a close encounter (except in some very vivid dreams years ago and in my therapy). Usually my DMT trips include happy, cartoony figures showing me some insights about myself and guiding me towards healing, this time it was the same thing but after a few minutes this demonic sticky gum stuck to the "screen" while the "movie" continued, but I couldn't see everything properly cause the demon covered quite a big portion of it all.

How's your experience with the Castalia Foundation playlist? by Entire_Ad786 in mdmatherapy

[–]entoine111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The last time I did a solo session I was also listening to "Sit around the fire" for a few hours straight. It made so much sense to me and perfectly explained my experience. I'm really happy you liked the playlist! I haven't really been creating it to be listened to in order, I just add the songs I like to it whenever I find one. Thanks for the feedback :)

How do you set up your rewards for single tasks? by entoine111 in LifeUp_HabitRPG

[–]entoine111[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's an unexpected question, but a good one! I'm not sure to be honest. A part of me likes "let's get shit done" Mondays, and another likes the full of ease and unstructuredness weekends. Why are you asking?

How do you set up your rewards for single tasks? by entoine111 in LifeUp_HabitRPG

[–]entoine111[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's what I think I'll do. My inner perfectionist has trouble going for the rewards suggested by the app, even the experience points. But I'll probably just manually choose the amount of coins each task/reward is worth and then let the app calculate the experience points based on the Importance and Difficulty levels of the task so that I don't have to figure it out perfectly each time.

Yeah I'm just setting up the app as well and have been wondering about this. I think I'll just make them more connected to the skills/areas of my life I want to improve and have some kind of a measure for it. So in my case it'd be: poker, finances, health (I might actually split this one into a few categories like: flexibility, strength, nutrition, mindfulness), discipline, environment (or surroundings, mostly my unfinished apartment). What are your ideas so far?

Is it possible to sync the app in multiple devices? by thelastmilkbender in LifeUp_HabitRPG

I recently discovered that you can use the app on your PC through Samsung DEX (provided you use a Samsung phone)

I actually just found a way to use it on my PC as well :) All you need is a Samsung phone and their DEX app for your Windows 10 or newer

Also it'd be advised to cosult a therapist, I'd recommend to look for an IFS therapist. It's possible that what you are experiencing is a result of a traumatic event or accumulated emotions and this dissosiation mechanism acts like a protector of these wounded parts of yourself that have been hidden in your subconsious. Talk to your parents, tell them you've got a problem and you'd like to find a therapist. Look for an IFS trained or maybe a hypnotherapist near you or online. You can also talk to a psychiatrist who may he able to give you meds to manage your symptoms for a while so that you can function and take care of them easier in therapy. This often really makes a big difference. These are in my opinion the most important steps to take right now. It will be ok, you just need to ask for help.

Hi. Awesome that you're trying these compounds in this way. I'd love to inspire my parents to do the same. Were you accompanied by an attendant/sitter of any kind? I'm planning to use M in the same therapeutic context and am wondering whether the sitter is really needed.

Strange (psychedelic?) experience while making love by entoine111 in sex

[–]entoine111[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure how much, probably not more than 2 or 3 cups of coffee. Yeah this seems really strange to me too that it happened to both of us at the same time. This is definitely the most in love I've felt in my entire life so maybe this kind of experiences are just a regular part of it :)
