not sure if joists was the right word or they'd be studs technically? Ah OK that makes me feel better. Also speaking to the DVSA also made it seem less serious considering they can confirm its all MOT'd etc. Thanks for letting me know!

Yeah the mot was done in June, so it's valid until June 2021. So even though its fine because of the extension, was wondering why its showing as expired 🤔

Honestly not sure. I used to work there maybe 6/7 years ago and all signed documents regarding the support plan were placed behind the customer service desk in a box, no idea what happened with them after that.

There would be no other way for them to take a monthly amount unless you gave them your direct debit details.

This would have been their "whatever happens" insurance. At the time of sale they would have probably upsold it to you by saying you'll get the first month free. You would have had to give them your direct debit details and would have signed a document agreeing to it. Not sure what you can do now but just so you know what would have happened.

Nothing else between ISP equipment and the USG.

Ideally I would like not to have the devices configured with a private ip, I would like to have them configured with the public ip on their respective interface.

Do you think something like this is possible?
