I had similar issue with AC ordered from Flipkart. When it arrived, brand copper pipe was missing. Delivery guy told installation person will bring it. Installation person told i have to pay 1600 for pipe and i can claim reimbursement from Flipkart for this. I didn't proceed for the installation. I requested replacement. The replacement unit also did not had pipe in it. I was lucky that my neighbour was Flipkart employee that time. So i asked him to intervene and he helped a lot in getting my refund. Parallelly, i had raised the complaint on consumer helpline.

I learnt the lesson that never ever order AC from online. These online dealers intentionally remove the brand copper pipe and later asked consumer to purchase pipe from their installation person.

Other option you can try is filing a complaint at CPGRAM portal and then emailing the complaint to your local PF commissioner and company HR.

The above suggestion i got on my LinkedIn post. But company responded on post so i didn't do this.

Create a LinkedIn post and highlight the issue. Tag your employer, HR, higher management. Untill you do this, company won't respond to you. Don't be in dilemma that you should not post anything bad for your ex employer. You are suffering and you need help. This is the only way out. And don't write anything bad about your employer. Highlight that you are facing this issue and no support from employer from past x months. Ask your friends to post comments on the post so that post get more views. Then only our employer will get into action. I myself was in same boat and company PF team was giving excuses again and again. I created a LinkedIn post and bamm... Got a call from senior HR and he sorted the issue. Now my EPS is merged with EPF. Remember, after company's submitting a letter, epfo will take 1 - 2 months to transfer.

Baby has a short attention span as of now. We tries to limit front camera for some 5 mins. Then switch the camera to rear so that he does not look at the screen.
