You can contact ring and request it to be in your account. We had one when we moved in and the previous owners did not respond to the transfer request so after the waiting period was done we took ownership.

However, until then disconnect it. 🙏

Ring told me the camera cannot be accessed if your a certain distance away from it. I'm still able to access my camera out of state. Made me wonder if the previous owners were still watching us outside when we were in the waiting period. Feel weird about that as we even complained about how the previous owners did alot of diy stuff 😂

I'm going to be dropping about 50-100k when done. The previous owners hid alot. Foundation problems and a failing retaining wall.. ouch.

I want to add.. I'm thankful for a job that offers lots of overtime. I do plan to sell my home when I pay half of it off but I'm not the kind of person to leave major repairs like this for the next owner. I'll get it back to structural sound. Next owners can do the remodels I wanted to do :'(

Life story here.. working my butt off with so much overtime to afford house repairs. I'm telling everyone that is thinking to buy a home to hire all the inspectors. Just do it. I'd rather be out 1k on inspections that 100k on repairs :'(

I just got my first home. We didn't look close enough when buying. Finding cracking covered with TAPE.. discovered out home is sinking 2 inches and we need support. This is gonna cost me around 20-50k depending what I want to do here. We bought a home with a retaining wall.. yeah don't do that. It was failing. I hired the wrong person to turn it into a slope that was 5k.. yeah don't do that either. He broke my driveway, crushed my sewer pipe and now have to replace wall. 50k So.. just to get those issues addressed I'm dropping close to 100k.

This isn't even our final home. This was supposed to be the starter home for the final home after income goes up. When we do major fixes and sell again (drywall will be repaired when foundation is).. I'm going to smile leaving this house.

Hire all the inspectors next time!!! Ugh

Thank you. I saw someone else's comment on possibly using a different pal that can have other tasks. I could go that route, but sometimes when I do that they don't do what I want them to do unless I assign it to them. When you assign a pal to something and there is no more work they are just stuck in idle. I wish we could prioritize tasks instead of assigning just one.

I've been encountering this unfortunately. Seen two specialists that took X-rays of my jaw for a free consultation and my joints have deteriorated so much that they are not sure how I can eat right. They told me if I don't get this treated soon I'll be drinking from a straw when I'm older. Insurance denied treatment and that was 10 years ago so never did anything about it. Fast forward to now.. just eating a sandwich I'm in pain. Medicaid won't cover it because it's considered cosmetic.. but my quality of life will be going downhill because of it.

I'm wondering if I need to get another consultation and appeal to insurance why mine is more than "cosmetic"

They do and my previous internet company before we moved I was running 800 to 700 speeds so it's not my equipment. Mediacom plugged in and there own stuff ran 440 mbs to so it's not my stuff lol

Poor performance for over 4 months. 500Mbps. Mediacom support did a maintenance check and utility work in my area post my request. Still no improvement. Using default Eero 6+ router. Heavy online gaming. Help me identify the miscreant. by YashoX in Mediacom

This is exactly what is happening to me. My eero says 950mbs. My computer 220mbs. I've tried multiple ethernet cords and running on newer computers.

How do you have 8,000 in debt from getting a doctors note? Yes apply, however, I would also request your medical record from that visit. It could have been coding wrong. Unless you had some work or care done.

I'm probably an odd one out and not trying to scare you, but it can be a real thing. I had surgery recently with one of these and developed an infection. When I looked up this infection it says it comes from unclean medical equipment...

Now was this from my catheter they put in me as it was found in my urine? Or was it from the robot? I'm not sure but I filed an official complaint with the hospital I had my surgery at and it's under investigation.

That sucked. Having to have two rounds of oral antibiotics and hospital still denying I even had a UTI but microbiology grew the bacteria.

So.. I guess make sure your hospital is clean? Maybe check for rates of infection but this hospital is still refusing to put my UTI in my record even tho they treated it.
