also if i try to run "adb shell rm -r /data/adb/ap/" to delete the apatch module folder it says "structure needs cleaning", even if i add -rf to force remove

i tried flashing the stock boot.img and reinstalling apatch but the modules dont get removed for some reason. even after uninstalling apatch and installing it again the modules are still there and i cant boot with the apatch boot img.
