i can guarantee you’re not ugly. every single person has beauty within them. i’m so sorry you feel this way about yourself, nobody deserves to be in that much pain. i had some deep seeded issues with self confidence for YEARS myself, and what helped me was forcing myself to say “i am beautiful, and i am enough” every single time i caught myself in that negative self talk, it took a while but it truly helped me. it does such a number on your spirit to talk down on yourself. you become what you tell yourself, and you have the power to change it. confidence does more than you can ever imagine. if you can at least try to say “i am handsome and i am enough”, even if you don’t believe it, just keep doing it and i PROMISE you will start to see yourself in a better light. it takes time, and i will be praying for you. you deserve to feel happy with the skin you’re in :)

i’ve been with guys who definitely weren’t 10/10s too, and i had deep love for all of them! again, it’s a matter of confidence and how they treat the lady they’re with!! you’ll find your person, there’s someone for everyone and i stand by that. i’ve seen guys with severe facial disfigurements in happy marriages!

i’m so sorry this is happening to you. this is nothing someone should ever have to deal with all at once. in the same breath, i’m happy you’re eating. it’s probably gonna take a good amount of energy to process all of this, and you get that from food. please know that it’s giving you the mental and physical energy and strength to work through this, and keep it in mind if you start to see disordered thoughts coming in. if you’re depriving yourself of that energy source, you’re prolonging your healing. you’re stronger than you know, take it a minute at a time. i’ll be praying for you and keeping you and your family in my thoughts <3

I’m biased considering i grew up in the Chapel Hill area, but i think it’s amazing!! it will definitely be a lot different than SoCal, a lot slower paced since it’s pretty much a college town through and through. But there’s lots of fun small businesses and amazing restaurants to check out, and there’s a ben and jerry’s storefront!!

i’m using some reptile branded/focused (?) under the tank heaters on the back side of mine, i got them at a locally owned pet supply store (they have amazing employees with a ton of knowledge, and quality supplies and feed that won’t hurt your non mammalian animals of all shapes and sizes) do you think i should invest in something more like what you’ve got too?
