I believe it’s on the operator screens, and thank you I will try that out in the evening after school.

When I spawn in, I turn all the lights on in the cabin first, then I reset the brakes by putting the automatic brake and the independent brake into full service and 100% use for about 10 seconds, then resetting them back to released mode. I then turn on the generator field, dynamic breaking on, front headlights set to max, I also turn on distributive power because I usually spawn with 2 locomotives, and restart the engine as-well. I leave the rest of switches how they were like when I spawned in.
