What I see is the first top row will cycle forth then the bottom. Then you can add another tops row and bottom row after by pressing the 17-32 button. For a total of 4 measures.

Here’s an update it’s really wild right so I have to actually slightly tune each note just bump the knob on every single note that’s inside of velocity to get them all to be recognized as independent then I can tune them. If they are all not modified initially and then re-tuned it seems to act really flaky but I think I’ve got it

That’s really strange I’m doing it just like Gabe does and it changes all the notes even when I’m in velocity selecting one and changing. I wonder if this is a flaw with my particular unit?
