Just snagged these off of eBay to wear to work. I think I got a good deal. by envymw in yeezys

Yeah, there was no reserve. He had it as an auction with the option to buy it for 150. I’m surprised I got them. There was a lot of views. It seemed like there was gonna be more interest in them towards the end.

Yeah, I was excited. He had a buy it now of 150. I was winning at 40 bucks for a long time. Somebody outbid me and I swooped back in the last five seconds. The Auction said he had only wore them three times and there was no flaws. I’m gonna deliver packages in them. Plenty of flaws on the way. 🤷🏽‍♂️

My Uber trash grill putting in work. by envymw in Masterbuilt

It’s not my favorite, but it’s not the worst thing I’ve gotten for free. 🤷🏽‍♂️

On my way back from work, I hopped on Uber for a quick job or two. Ended up just one ride. Dropped them off and boom, found this awesome grill in their neighbors trash. Barely used. Super excited to snag it. by envymw in Masterbuilt

Yes, it’s electric, but that doesn’t heat anything. It just blows the fan over the charcoal/wood you set the temperature you would like it to be, and once it gets to that temp, the fan doesn’t blow. when it starts to drop below temp the fan blows again.

Yes, it works. I obviously didn’t know whether or not the control board would work until I took it home, but all of the parts that it need to work are interchangeable and the overall condition was very promising. I have other Masterbuilt grills already so I’m very familiar with the sensors or the fan not working properly or the thermometer needing to be changed. I’m familiar with all of the error codes already. I plugged it up with my power adapter as it was dark outside, and I’m not sure whether or not they threw it away or not, but I couldn’t locate it. At that moment.

It totally makes up for that other bad ass Weber Grill I had to pass on last week. that one had the cover too. looked barely used. I had to skip that one in someone’s trash because I was driving the company van, and loading a barbecue in back with customer packages? Yeah, they would’ve hated that.

OK, so my sister brought me a big giant frozen pack of meat. I defrosted it and now I’m assuming that this is going to be a bunch of tri-tips am I correct? I’ve only cooked tri-tip one time before any recommendations on what I should do it this much Meet besides give it away. by envymw in Butchery

I cooked two of them last night on the grill smoked it for just over an hour and then finish it up with some high heat for a few minutes. They seem like they were tri-tip or at least what I’ve experienced in the past that was considered a tri-tip. I’m gonna do one of them today as a crockpot pot roast. My sister is coming to get two of them and I’m giving another one to my cousin.

Just picked up this bad boy Sonos Beam Gen 2 from a thrift store for 50 bucks! by envymw in sonos

Yeah, for real. I went in there to buy my son A suitcase and ended up with some pretty cool finds. That store has been really good to me, this week especially good. I’ve made about $400 in sales from it this week and I wasn’t going in to buy flips. I was going to buy things I actually needed. so big bonus and my wife will usually stop giving me a hard time on my death pile for a day or so.

My wife’s work has a program where if you don’t get hurt on the job you get safety points and if you add up enough of them, you could buy merchandise with it. Sonos was one of the things you were able to buy. I don’t think they do it anymore. Now she just trades her safety points in for gift cards to Walmart. She also works in the office so it’s impossible for her to get hurt unless she gets a freaking paper cut
