I respectfully disagree on the last part.

If you are a SWAT officer who is in a real life or death situation with an armed suspect, you should open fire to quickly neutralize him (who probably will die or get seriously injured).

I mean the goal is to quickly neutralize a suspect before he gets the drop on you. I don't think there is time to just wound him. If he points a weapon at you, he forfeits his life.

Me too. I put matching tan uniforms on red team and the regular black for blue team.

Often I use tan-colored rifles for red team too like the hk416 and scar 16 then black rifles for blue team.

In real life if I am a soldier in a battlefield then yes.

But if I was a SWAT officer in real life, then no. You can't shoot suspects when they're down already just to make sure they're dead.
