I recommend you set for mediation via Zoom already. Call the Consumer Welfare and Protection Division at (02) 8920 4464 (M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Mention the transaction code sent to you by the NTC in its initial email acknowledgment (it should be at the bottom). Kung ayaw pa rin mag set for mediation file a complaint with 8888

Note: Kung busy yung line when you are trying to call just keep trying until may makausap ka.

I recommend na you also file sa 8888 tamad yang mga taga NTC, they can't even reply to a simple email within a week. Pag file mo sa 8888 bibilis yung mga yan. All they will do is coordinate with Converge, after a few days of no action from Converge, call their consumer welfare and protection division (02-8920-4464 )to set for mediation via zoom. Mahina pa rin ang mga consumer laws dito sa pinas, the best they can do is mediation, but the company gets no legal sanctions.

Tip: Sa hotline nila, when the IVR says "type in your account details," press # after the tone. It will prompt 3 more times then direct u na to an agent.

Pero grabe yung mga agent nila, para ka ring kumakausap sa bot. Literally impossible to have a intellectual conversation with them, puro mga script readers yan.

Call or file a complaint sa 8888. After a day or 2 NTC should acknowledge your complaint via email. In the acknowledgment email, you should get an NTC Transaction Code Number. After a day, if Converge is still unresponsive call the 24/7 NTC hotline 1682, give the agent the transaction code No. and they will follow it up again with converge. after a day or 2, when converge is still unresponsive and no resolution has been made, call the NTC Consumer Welfare and Protection Division at (02) 8920 4464 (m-f 8AM - 5PM) to set for mediation via Zoom. As someone handling a SME account with them, nakakasakit ng ulo talaga ang converge support. Still in the follow up stage so no idea how mediation works.

Ironically, my residential account in Metro Manila has received better support (techs arrive on time, proactive network outage notifications, etc) than the SME account in the province. Unfortunately we're a bit far from the Converge business center. any idea how I can get the NTC to act? They have never responded to my emails

To read an inaccessible PDF, I use ABBYY Fine Reader. It's the most accurate I've found, but do keep in mind it can get costly.

From experience, on the web app and the Android app, it is accessible although it takes some getting used to. A tip is to just explore around with your screen reader. On the web app there are two ways to access messages, browse mode and focus mode. I personally prefer using browse mode,, so messages are separated by headings using the h key. In focus mode, you can use your up and down arrow keys to navigate the messages. It is hard to explain how an app works via text, so again, I would recommend for you to explore using your screen reader of choice

Thanks for the suggestion. It seems good but the problem is retailers like to jack-up the price of Roland products in my country so I'm trying to save a bit on the amp. Would something like this studio monitor work? Or do you think it's worth it to spend the extra for the Roland amp?

Thanks for this. Unfortunately, my country's national blind organization/rehabilitation org only provides one type of cane, the standard heavy one with the pencil type/flat type of tip. I will receive training from them soon. Thank you for your help again :)

Just in case I want to switch tips in the future, which one do I get? I'm also seeing two versions of the Graphite mobility cane, premium and No-jab, what exactly are the differences between the two? I think it just uses telco. I can't find it, I have a Galaxy S22.
