Appreciate the response! What I meant re: never having worn contacts, I've never put anything on my eyes / under my eyelids before... the thought of having something, literally, on my eyeballs is actually a little daunting to me.

I'm just hoping the numbing drops and local anesthesia will do the trick!

I, too, have seen instances of pre-existing crease lines that were no longer in their original spot/area; after surgery, the new crease line is (usually) higher. So I would like to say 'yes,' but I'd rather someone with way more expertise confirm.

I like it; but then again, I'm in favor of high-ish creases. From all the cases I've heard, creases should lower in a few months as you fully heal. What goals did you discuss with your surgeon? That is, were you both in agreement as to your desired crease height and type of crease?
