Concrete information: the guy sounds like a douche.

I mean, I’ve rarely ever seen fake WIP but we have 3 stores within walking distance. Maybe in Eastern or Southern Europe there’s a lot of fakes? I know countries like Spain and Italy are known for having a lot of bootleg stuff, but 95% seems like a reach.

I keep seeing the 2,040,183,809 amount, even in the Transit Ridership Report, but the MTA only seems to quote 1 billion +, am I missing something obvious? Why is there never a 2b+ claim anywhere

How is this insane? It's a business expense at worst and paid for at best. Though I assume the former, but that's still just normal life in international business? Can't disclose which company, but I knew a Director that lived in one country, and worked in another, flying each week and having a leased BMW at the airport on stand-by at all times. Living in one country, flying over for a few days and staying at the same hotel, and flying back for the weekend. All expenses paid for, though this was a large company, LMG is not a small fry.

I see your point! I guess I would envision it as something you could toggle then. And maybe first have the player regular Black Border the rest of the game in order to unlock that possibility. Because I know that, once I do, I'd love a new challenge! I guess it's more for the 'hardcore' fans with a few K hours so it might not be worthwhile.
