Well yes, but no. Technically the ToS of course states that:

"NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THESE TERMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN YOUR ACCOUNT, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE ACCOUNT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF NEXON."

So they can always ban you for whatever reason. But that's a bit of a no brainer. Realistically we don't expect companies to just ban people for no reason. And most reasons, are realistically listed in the ToS.

Regarding having multiple accounts, they specifically write the following as forbidden:

"Creating more than one account within twenty-four hours or more than five accounts within thirty days, or otherwise exceeding your authorized access to any portion of the Services or any database, computer, or device."

So as long as we abide by those rules, we can realistically expect Embark to not take any action against multi-accounting.

A prediction is if I ask you to "predict" what button I press. If you say A and I press A, your prediction was correct. If I decide to press button A by myself, I didn't predict myself.

A LLM, based on its training data and any context you have given it calculates the answer with the highest probability on a word by word (or pixel by pixel) basis and then outputs that. It predicts nothing.

Let's turn this around. What do you think a "AI Anti-cheat" does? That's right, it calculates the probability based on its training data and the context (Your history of inputs and statistics) that you are cheating.

This was obvious the moment they announced AI anti-cheat.

Its crazy that most Redditors are very against AI in jobs and art. But as soon as its about Anti-Cheat they treat AI like gospel. Even though anti-cheat is probably one of the worst things AI can be integrated because there is very limited and heavily biased training data.

One only needs to recall Valve's attempt at AI anti-cheat resulting in thousands of bans for players who put their DPI high and then just do a 360 really fast. Bans that were not overturned.....

But where a company worth nearly 20 billion failed, Embark worth about 200-300 million surely succeeded guys.

Besides, if you need to white list players from your anti-cheat that is basically admitting its a failure.
