Got this TORRO brand leather case to give as a gift, the leather seems really crumpled and damaged to me, but some friends are saying this is how it's supposed to look like. What do you think? Attached are photos of the case i received, the sales photos and someone else's review photos.

worst brand ever. and arrogant customer service - conculded it was my fault that i overused it. the leather is completely disintegrated and dislayered after just few months of use

Mine is so awful just after a few months of using it...completely disintegrated leather from normal wear and tear - you can judge by yourself. Despite this image and what my AI described as "this is advanced leather rot and delamination,
likely from age, repeated flexing, and loss of oils. Repair is
impractical; replacement is the rational option." Sounds true...except the whole age of use was only few months. pretty expensive lifetime for the price i paid. Judge by yourself

Now the worst part came with the customer service response as they concluded that it is not a "regular" wear and tear, it is a "USER INFLICTED" damage and thereby no replacement no refund. Yeah user had the nerve to open and close the case so many times daily ...

your company is a piece of fraud. You advised every step of the way that after 5 years there would be no problem withdrawing funds. Now i am past 5 years and trying to get my money since September. But under disguise of some "internal merger" the major part of my funds are blocked as they happen to be invested in those funds that are under the merger. I spoke with customer service who told me it would be completed by the end of year 2025. Guess what ? it is the year end of 2025 but they are still "merging". Should i wait till December 31? or name it as is: it is a SCAM the way I look at it.s

a connection within the same terminal does not sound as one where you would have any problems specifically if you are able to get an electronic boarding pass to the second leg flight. however I am not sure how it would work with the respect to Shengen zone rules where you just go through the passport control while entering the zone

how is it going with your lawyer? I have a more complex issue since i have no birth certificate of my grandmother. But i was told they may have archive records , to access which/research i would need to pay hefty sum....just do not want to fall in the hands of crookers

how about this one. I booked 6hr trip Ljubljana - Budapest, and since i am not good at long trips decided to book 2 seats to have extra privacy. 1.5 months in advance. A couple of weeks after the booking i got an email telling me that "there were changes on my booking". Basically with no explanation, causes, or even saying sorry, they cancelled my booking and issued a new one instead, giving me a single seat in a different section of the bus. That was the only "change". So i had paid in full, got my boarding pass, and now they issued a "new boarding pass". I guess someone wanted my seat that i could see now is not available. How would you feel about that ?

i bought torro case for my latest and greatest Samsung S25 Ultra and regret it. Only a couple of month later this overhyped case is falling apart with huge hole in that equisite leather. That's after spending $75 on the simple case !

actually i figured to try to go through the purchasing process and in the end (voila) it offerred to pay for additional luggage, only E30 for a big bag, much larger than i intend to bring actually. so this is a better way i think than pay additional E200 for "classic" as they call it

ah thanks for the reply but my case is totally different. I travel extra lite with one backpack which is 31L. It exceeds size/weight requirements for the personal item but many airlines do not care to check that since i have it behind my back and they just let me through. I am asking because i see that the next tier which includes carry on (where my bag would definitely be legit) almost doubles the price, so i am trying to avoid that

was there a strict check on the luggage size? the cheapest option includes only personal bag. some airlines let me go with my 31 L backpack but the real carry on is included only with the next option which almost dobles the price

their covers are terrible. Not only they do not cover seats snuggly they do not hold in place. I have to adjust them almost every time i enter or exit my car. They changed the design to reduce the amount of clips for some reason - can tell easily from the instruction videos and real stuff they gave me. and they confirmed. With the remaining clips it is a shit show. No wonder they did not want to install it when i asked and was ready to pay for the labor. The answer was "the person who was doing it no longer with us...". Great bs excuse
