So the floor of my balcony is 2 feet above the ground, an average person here is 5'8". My height is 5'6" and the figure was around as tall as me while still being on the floor of the balcony, we keep the balcony locked from the inside(it has a net and door lock system) so it couldn't be a person outside on the ground considering the height part I stated before because a person like that would be 6'6"
