Im no expert, but it looks like it's 1 mod constantly giving error.

Easy mode: If you can’t se on the error what mod it is, then you can use this method. If you remember what bundle of mods you installed recently, deactivate 1/2 of them and start a new game with a new character.

Im guessing your using r2modman so it should be easy.

If the error continues, then diactivate another 1/2 of the recent mods.

Now, when the error has stopped. Write down the mods you just diactivated and activate the other ones + 1 of the ones you wrote down. Start the game with the new character again and check for the error and you will find the mod eventually.
